Individual Therapy

Individual Therapy for Adults (18+)

We provide individual psychotherapy for adults who are interested in exploring the deeper layers of their personal history in order to better understand who they are today. Our work together often involves unpacking the impact of early experiences, relationships, identity, systemic and structural forces, and grief, all of which shape the way we relate to ourselves and others.

Our practice specializes in trauma, including PTSD, complex PTSD (C-PTSD), and other trauma-related presentations. We understand that trauma is not always a single event—it can be woven into a person’s earliest relationships, their sense of safety, and the ways they have learned to survive. Whether you are navigating the aftereffects of a single traumatic experience, ongoing or developmental trauma, or the cumulative impact of relational and systemic harm, we work with you to make sense of what happened and to move toward healing at a pace that feels sustainable.

Through this process, we also examine current behaviours or coping strategies—such as substance use, self-harm, suicidal ideation or behaviours, and patterns in relationships—that may be interfering with your ability to live a life aligned with your values, needs, and goals. Therapy is not about judgment, but about cultivating insight, safety, and change at a pace that feels manageable.

Couples Counselling

Relationships are one of the most meaningful—and sometimes most challenging—parts of our lives. Whether you’re navigating ongoing conflict, communication breakdowns, life transitions, or feeling disconnected, couples counselling provides a supportive space to explore these challenges together.

My work focuses on helping both partners feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change. We support couples of all identities and relationship structures, and we bring a nonjudgmental, compassionate lens to our work.

Whether you’re looking to repair, reconnect, or simply deepen your relationship, couples counselling can offer clarity, tools, and insight to support your journey forward.

Family & Group Therapy

We offer inclusive family therapy for families navigating change, conflict, or transition. We recognize that every family is shaped by its own dynamics and structures—chosen and blended families, single-parent and co-parenting arrangements, extended kin and community, culture, migration, and the many ways care and belonging are organized across households.

We stay attentive to how power moves within and around a family, and to the systems that press on it from outside—courts, child welfare, immigration, schools, and the legacies of racism and systemic harm. Our role is not to impose an outcome, but to help families reach agreements that are workable, durable, and genuinely their own, at a pace that feels manageable.

We are committed to a space that is inclusive, affirming, and anti-oppressive. We welcome families from diverse social locations and lived experiences, and we are particularly mindful of the needs of the queer and trans community, including chosen families.
